PROPERTY MANAGER
You will manage a range of property management activities and supply service excellence to clients and continually build on your industry knowledge and relationships. The opportunity will provide you the chance to build your career in a team-based environment. The role is a full time Monday to Friday role with the possibility to work school hours for the right candidate.
The Role
End to end clean portfolio - With a good mix of new properties
Routine inspections
Final inspections - Be happy to do those little extras that have an effect - do you have a bucket of cleaning products in your car?
Liaise with owners and tenants
No weekends – Monday to Friday
Administration support
Experience using Property Tree
Have a working knowledge and understanding of our industry's legislative requirements

Requirements
Professional and friendly attitude and presentation
Minimum 2 years’ experience within property management
Current Property Management Registration
Current Police Check
Valid Drivers License
Exceptional diligence & time management
Excellent computer literacy – advantage prior knowledge of Property Tree
Dependable and honest with a strong initiative-taker attitude
Collaborator who is happy to help others when needed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
