Correct Caulking is looking for a casual Sales Development Specialist to help drive our growth. You’ll be calling residential and commercial builders who have current or upcoming jobs, using our internal list and simple, proven scripts to help guide the conversations.

You’ll be working independently from home, starting 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday). The goal is to book in at least 10 site meetings a day — no site attendance needed, just getting your foot in the door and passing it to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call cold and warm residential and commercial builders from our database

Book 10+ site meetings per day (no site attendance required from your end)

Use provided scripts to open conversations and handle objections

Following up on potential jobs/quotes

Track your calls, take clear notes, and update details in our CRM or Google Sheets

What You'll Need

At least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based role

A confident phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly

Organised and able to manage your own follow-ups

Comfortable working independently and hitting daily targets

Good with basic computer tasks and data entry

You’ll need your own phone, laptop, and internet connection

Bonus: Experience in construction, trade, or B2B services
