This is a Recruitment Pool for suitably qualified Clinical Nurses covering: Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

This pool will be utilised to cover vacancies across the South West region.

Position Profile: The primary responsibilities of the Palliative Care Clinical Nurse are to manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for palliative care patients and their families, using sound leadership, advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the palliative care nursing practice in variable community and hospital settings. The clinical nurse will be supportive towards the ongoing development of the southwest palliative care team and the implementation of the palliative care rural model.
