Clinical Nurse – South of the river

2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager/ Clinical Nurse to take up a permanent position with our aged care client in Fremantle, Perth.

Our client is looking for an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Nurse who has a strong background in an aged care setting, leading a team and clinical knowledge to join their fast-paced and dynamic team.

As a Clinical Nurse you will;

· ensure aged care clients and clinical employees are supported

· Be responsible for case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management

· Provide clinical leadership and supervision of teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff

About the role:

· Full-time permanent position

· $49-$53 p/h DOE

· Growth and Development opportunities available

About you:

· Unrestricted and up to date AHPRA registration

· Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI

· Right to work in Australia without any restrictions

· Available for all shift types

· Motivated by delivering excellent service and care to patients

· A high standard of clinical knowledge

· Willing to learn and further educate
