Looking for a role where you can work independently, make meaningful connections, and truly impact lives? At Feros Care, we're on the lookout for a passionate Community Occupational Therapist to support older adults across the West Metro VIC region - from Point Cook to Tullamarine - with most clients located within a convenient 30-minute radius.
We have 20-25 hours per week available and offer genuine flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Preferably, you'll be based in or near the West Metro area.

- Work with Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients across a diverse caseload.

- We take care of your rostering and admin, so you can focus on what matters most - your clients.
What You'll Do:
- Complete in-home assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Coordinate supports and connect clients with local services.
- Manage your own schedule and documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with our vibrant allied health and care teams.
Salary & Perks
- Salary Packaging up to $15,899 p.a. tax-free + $2,650 for meals and entertainment.

About You
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a passion for aged care.
- Excellent communicator and confident managing a mobile workload.
- Tech-savvy and organised with strong documentation skills.
- Must hold a current unrestricted driver's licence.
