Work Pathways Coordinator – Burrabinya Program (identified position)
Harden / Young | 0.4 (2 days a week)

Join COMPACT Inc., the leading youth and career development organisation in the Riverina Murray, to deliver our exciting Burrabinya – Leap to Your Future Program at Murrumburrah High School and Young High School.
In this role, you will:
• Engage and support Aboriginal students (Years 7–12)
• Build trusted relationships with families, Elders, Local AECG, community organisations, education providers and industry
• Coordinate and deliver program activities, including:
o Cultural leadership workshops
o Career-focused activities
o Industry and education site visits
o Employability skills development
o Community and cultural events
• Support students to build confidence, cultural identity and future pathways
• Work collaboratively with COMPACT staff and partners to achieve positive outcomes for young people
What we’re looking for:
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person (or recognised by your community)
Experience in youth services, education, career development, community programs or group facilitation
Proven ability to build strong community and industry networks
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
Strong self-management and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident with ICT
Flexibility to travel within the Riverina Murray region
Working with Children Check, willingness to undertake a Federal Police Check, and NSW Driver’s Licence (Class C)
