The Role
Working as a key member of the P&C team nationally, you will have responsibility for their Tasmanian recruitment function, for support workers, end to end. Understanding the flow of incoming roles, creating pipeline of potential candidates, facilitating group interviews, undertaking verification checks, contract generation and responding to group in-box will form only part of this varied and busy role.

About You
You may already be working in the sector looking for .8 or are ready to embrace the new opportunity as a graduate with some work experience. Either way, the fit for this role is someone with energy and purpose, who is highly organised, a great communicator, systems literate and has the desire to do well. You are HR credentialed with a desire for continued learning. Salary circa 68K plus super plus salary packaging for .8 or full time with less experience.
