Carpenter / Handyman – Full-Time Hours

Hourly rate and overtime – Monday to Friday roster (weekends by special projects only)

TLC Works is seeking a reliable and skilled Carpenter/Handyman to join our growing team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a well-respected company with a strong team culture.

About the Role

You’ll work across a variety of commercial and refurbishment projects, assisting with:

Minor / Medium trades related jobs

Trade related installations derived from Horticulture and Pest Control functions of the business

Hard Landscaping works to include Paving, Fencing,

Building and structure Repairs, and general handy work

Supporting Horticulture and Pest Control teams with any trade-related tasks

Organising materials

Leading 1-2 other staff where required and job dependant

Working with and supervising subcontractors when necessary

Completion of reporting using iOs and android systems.

You’ll be representing the company professionally on-site.

You’ll Need

Carpentry trade background or extensive handyman experience

Sound communication skills both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Full driver’s licence, helpful with manual licence

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

High computer skills

Positive attitude and reliable communication skills

Licences in Forklift, EWP, MR, Safe Working at Heights, First aid and any trade, helpful but not mandatory

Will need WHS white card prior to start
