Overview:

• Based in Bibra Lake
• Monday to Friday - 4:30am to 12:36pm
• Weekends & public holidays where required
• $41.93 ph + Team Leader Allowance of $56.72 per week

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient daily operation of the Plant operational areas
• Act as a main point of contact between shift employees and the Shift Supervisor
• May be required to fulfil Shift Supervisor duties when they are absent
• Coordinate job tasks on shift and report issues
• Monitor team performance and observe Code of Conduct
• Train and mentor employees
• Demonstrate knowledge and safe practice of policy and procedures
• Ensure compliance of OHS&E guidelines
• Troubleshoot and problem solve as required

Requirements:

• Machine Operator (Loader, Excavator etc.) experience
• Forklift is advantageous
• Work at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• EWP
• Production, waste management and/or leadership experience is preferred
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
