Are you a skilled tradesperson with a sharp eye and steady hands? Ready to take the lead and be recognised for your experience? We’re looking for a Team Leader – Mould & Plug Building to drive performance and guide our crew across our Jandakot and Bibra Lake manufacturing sites.

This is your chance to lead a key crew in a hands-on role, building the moulds behind Australia’s most iconic fibreglass pools.

What you'll be doing

Leading day-to-day operations and supervising a team of mould and plug builders

Constructing, assembling and finishing high-quality fibreglass pool and spa moulds

Allocating tasks, overseeing quality, and providing on-the-job coaching and support

Identifying and solving production issues on the ground

Coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow

Creating a team culture that values pride in work, safety, and collaboration

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in fibreglass plug or mould building (marine, manufacturing or similar)

Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a supervisor role

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence

Hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the floor

Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement

Physically fit and ready to take on a fast-paced trade environment

Forklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous but not essential)
