SAP OTC Consultant - Regional Rollout

Type: Full-Time / Contract
Reports To: ANZ Project Manager / Global OTC Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Business Support professional to join a global SAP ECC rollout for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. This role will focus on supporting the regional (Australia & New Zealand) deployment and aligning the global Order-to-Cash (OTC) template with local sales, pricing, delivery, and billing requirements to ensure business needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate the global OTC template against regional order management, billing, and customer service needs

Coordinate fit-gap analysis, testing, and user acceptance for sales, pricing, delivery, and returns

Support customer master data readiness and ensure integration alignment between Commerce Cloud and SAP

Assist with cutover activities, go-live readiness, and hypercare support during rollout phases

Requirements:

5+ years of SAP OTC experience, including order entry, pricing, dispatch, and credit management

Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments, preferably with eCommerce and MES system integrations

Strong communication and user training skills to support business users
