Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a growing manufacturing team? We are currently seeking Process Workers and Forklift Operators to join a leading cardboard packaging manufacturer known for quality products and a strong team environment.

About the roles

Process Workers:

Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line

Feeding material into equipment

Stacking, bundling, and palletising finished cardboard products

Quality control and inspection

General cleaning duties in the production area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Full work rights in Australia

Forklift Operators:

Operating counterbalance forklifts

Loading and unloading trucks

Moving material and finished goods around the factory

Supporting production and factory teams as needed

Requirements:

A valid Forklift Licence (LF)

Recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Confidence in handling goods safely and efficiently

Willingness to assist in general warehouse or production tasks when required

Full work rights in Australia
