This role is ideal for someone with ambition, energy, and hunger to build. You’ll lead SSC Hospitality’s Sunshine Coast operations and help grow Fox Personnel’s footprint in Queensland. It’s a dual-brand opportunity for a go-getter who’s ready to take charge of their own patch.

We’ll provide the tools, training, and mentorship—but what we need is someone who’s got hustle, commitment, and a stable employment record.

Your Role

Grow the Business: Hit the road, make calls, and introduce our services to local venues and companies. You’ll be the face of both brands on the Sunshine Coast.

Full Recruitment Cycle: Write ads, interview talent, place staff, and follow up with both clients and candidates.

Autonomy: After onboarding, you’ll have freedom to run your own show from our office while staying aligned to our systems.

Client Relationships: Build trust, communicate proactively, and be the go-to for our customers.

Salary: $70,000 + bonuses + on-call allowance

Hours: 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
