Casual Warehouse Assistant – JOOLA Australia | Brisbane Based

Position Overview:

We are seeking a new team member to work in our warehouse on a casual basis. We are looking for someone who is available to work casual hours between Monday to Friday. There will be an opportunity for increased hours in peak times, or when specific projects arise. This is an exciting role as our business continues to evolve and grow. This position is for an immediate start. Pick & Pack Experience is desired; however, we’re looking for reliable individual with the right attitude. Reporting to the Operations Manager, JOOLA Australia, you will also work alongside the other departments within the JOOLA Australia team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Order Fulfilment Pick and Pack Online (B2C) & Wholesale Orders (B2B).

· Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.

· Use internal systems (WMS) to receive, despatch and complete orders.

· Receive and unpack inbound Purchase Orders.

· Put-away goods to various storage location.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.

· Maintain a safe & clean workspace environment.

· Additional tasks as assigned.

Applying for this role you must:

· Be available to attend shifts at our Banyo warehouse, Weekdays on-call between 9am-5pm.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Reliable and a team player.

· Be physically fit, as some manual lifting is required (10-20kg).

· Attention to detail, focus on accuracy and workflow efficiency.

· Display a customer-first attitude.

· Must be able to manage workload and understand customer requirements.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where repetitive activity takes place.

· Previous warehouse experience using a forklift appreciated but not required.
