About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but passionate team. You’ll report directly to the owner and take ownership of our digital presence across platforms. This role blends strategy, execution, and innovation, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and content strategies across all digital channels (Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc.)

Manage and monitor social media accounts, engagement, and growth

Oversee and coordinate content creation (photo/video/copy), working with the clinic team and external creatives as needed

Monitor and optimise digital campaigns (social ads, Google Ads)

Assist with SEO and website development to improve visibility and customer experience

Analyse performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Shopify insights

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Support and work closely with the Campaign Manager on marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role

Strong copywriting and content planning skills

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Canva, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

Solid understanding of SEO principles and website management

Passionate about the aesthetic/beauty/medical cosmetic industry—bonus if you’ve tried treatments yourself

Self-driven, organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Excellent time management and communication skills

Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment with direct access to decision-makers

Bonus If You Have:

Photography/videography or design skills

Chinese-speaking skills (as many clients may be bilingual)
