About the Role
This is no ordinary opportunity. Our client, a national award-winning law firm with a stellar reputation in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment law, is expanding its Sydney team due to growing demand. Known for delivering results with empathy and integrity, they’re looking for a like-minded lawyer with 2–5 years PAE to join their high-performing team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload across:

Workers’ compensation

Motor vehicle accident claims

Public liability

Complex personal injury litigation

Total and permanent disability (TPD) matters

You’ll collaborate with a nationally integrated team and other practice groups, with opportunities for client-facing secondments and strategic case work. Structured support, strong referrals, and access to medical and litigation experts will allow you to focus on what you do best—advocating for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

2–5+ years PAE in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)

Strong litigation, negotiation, and file management skills

Clear, empathetic communication and a client-first approach

Ability to manage files independently

Confident mentoring and teamwork skills

Current NSW practising certificate
