The Reymond Group, renowned for it's exceptional dining experiences at Bistro Gitan, L’Hotel Gitan, Frederic and Village Wine bar, is thrilled to expand their kitchen team at one of the locations.

About the Role:

Frédéric is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join its young, dynamic team with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced kitchen that values creativity, quality, and teamwork.

Skills required:

Experience as a Chef de Partie

Passionate about working with great produce and being part of a professional kitchen team

To be able to keep up high quality standards and to multi task in a busy environment

To work within a team, follow direction and lead junior staff

An ongoing commitment to improving your product knowledge – in addition to our extensive menu offering, you have the opportunity to create daily specials and cook across a range of sections

A culinary education is highly desirable, but not always necessary

Experience working in European restaurants is an advantage

Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

Excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills

Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
