Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- Working on a $13mil Aged care/Lifestyle project in Clyde

About You
You must have worked for a Commercial builder in a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator/ Contract Administrator role on commercial projects for 3+ years. Main Contractor experience is a must. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to problems solve issues that arise onsite. As well as be strong with Administration and time management
