About the Opportunity
The Landscape Architect (Integrated Climate Strategy - Greening Program) provides professional advice and input into the research, design, development, implementation and monitoring of projects and proposals as part of Council's Greening Program that will contribute to achieving the City of Adelaide's Integrated Climate Strategy.
As part of the Infrastructure Program the Landscape Architect will provide creative design solutions within time, cost and quality assurance objectives.
The Landscape Architect will also support the delivery of the following Main Street Revitalisation projects: Hutt Street and O'Connell Street.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in the delivery of design, documentation and quality assurance to meet highest industry standards and statutory regulations.
- Understanding of the design process and contemporary design principles.
- Proven high level of initiative and self-discipline with ability to make decisions and prioritise a broad program of works.
- High level of proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up & AutoCAD software.
- Specific experience in urban streetscape, sustainability and community-based infrastructure would be highly regarded.
