Due to continued company growth, the Switchboard Manufacturing company have a new opportunity for a Document Controller to join their team in a part-time capacity.

Document Controller
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will see you responsible for coordinating all activities related to best practice document control. Your key duties will include:

  • Assist Project Managers in collating project documents, drawings, and manuals

  • Upload and monitor documentation across various client online portals

  • Update internal project tracking systems under the guidance of Project Managers

  • Maintain up-to-date document registers and share them with relevant team members

  • Conduct audits of internal project folders to ensure compliance with company policies

  • Provide general administrative support to the Contracts Administrator
