About the role

We are seeking an experienced Termite & Pest Control Technician to join our team at S.I.N. PEST CONTROL' in Whitsundays, QLD. As a full-time Termite & Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pest control services to our residential and commercial clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough inspections to identify and treat pest infestations, including termites, rodents, insects, and other common pests

Developing and implementing effective pest control strategies, utilising a range of treatments and techniques

Providing detailed reports and recommendations to clients on the status of pest issues and the actions taken

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pest control activities

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and sharing your own knowledge with the rest of the team.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Termite Technician, with a strong understanding of integrated pest management principles. Pre Construction experience is a must.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and effectively treat pest infestations

Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and provide clear, actionable recommendations

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

A valid driver's licence

A commitment to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
