We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Principal to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will support the Principal in driving educational excellence and ensuring positive student outcomes through quality educational leadership and a strong culture of care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Principal with the day-to-day management of school operations
· Promote best-practice teaching and learning across the school
· Oversee student wellbeing, behaviour support, and educational engagement strategies
· Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a strong school community
· Manage timetabling, NCCD processes, and compliance with educational frameworks
· Facilitate staff professional development and performance evaluation
· Ensure accurate records and effective communication channels across the school

· Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
· Demonstrated leadership experience in a school setting
· Deep understanding of disengaged and at-risk youth
· Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills
· Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed education practices
