Position Title: Registered Nurse (Grade 2) & Managerial Positions – Aged Care

Location: Tamworth, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Mix of roles - 1 x ND shift position $53 p/h + loadings

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (Grade 2), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents by providing high-quality clinical care and fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with individualised care plans.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident outcomes.

Monitor and document resident health status, reporting any changes promptly.

Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Engage with residents, families, and carers to provide education and support.

Uphold infection control protocols and contribute to a safe care environment.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

Demonstrated experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting.

For Management roles, at least 5 years as a Clinical Manager, specialising in Aged Care

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to person-centred care and resident advocacy.

Familiarity with electronic care management systems is advantageous.
