Permanent Registered Nurse | Aged Care

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for aged care nursing to join our friendly, close-knit team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, dignity, and comfort are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering safe and effective clinical care in accordance with best practice standards
• A mixture of AM and PM shifts available with an ad-hoc night shift
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support residents’ individual care plans
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Leading and mentoring care staff as needed
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience working as an RN in aged care or residential care
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
