This builder is an industry leader, known for delivering high-quality new homes at volume. About you:

• 3+ years recent experience in a residential site supervisor role with a volume builder
• Current QBCC Licence & trade background (preferred)
• High attention to detail
• Network of reliable trades
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

• Look after approx. 20 - 25 sites in the North Brisbane region
• Uphold exceptional WH&S in line with the companies policies.
• Regular communication with internal admin teams for project updates.
• Utilise project management software
• Ensuring time frames and budgets are met
