Hunts Marine Batemans Bay is currently looking for a qualified Marine Mechanic to join our busy team!
Batemans Bay is located 3 ½ hours south of Sydney on the beautiful Clyde River. With pristine waterways to the abundance of fresh local seafood, and not to mention sensational fishing, the South Coast of NSW is calling you!
You will be responsible in undertaking the following:
- Service & repairs on late model outboard engines & watercraft
- Fitting of new outboard motors
- Trailer servicing & repairs
- Installation of boat accessories & electronics
- Diagnosing & fault finding on engines
- On water testing of boats & watercraft
The successful applicant will have:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Be able to relocate to Batemans Bay or surrounds
- NSW drivers licence & boating licence
- Forklift licence desirable or willing to obtain
- Minimum 2 years within a similar role
- Highly organised & self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with engine diagnostics and specialised tools
