Dental Receptionist – Join Our Modern Clinic in Croydon!

Are you a self-confident, people-focused professional with a knack for handling any challenge? Croydon Central Dental, a modern 3-chair clinic with a fully digital workflow, is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing team!

About the Role

Full-time equivalent: 36-38 hours/week (3-4 weekdays + alternate Saturdays)
- Part-time considered
- Supportive team of 8 staff and 6 dentists
- Located in Croydon Central Shopping Centre, VIC

As the first point of contact, you’ll keep our patient flow running smoothly, manage our doctors’ schedules, and create an exceptional experience for our patients. You’ll work alongside our doctors and chairside nurses, balancing confidence and empathy to build trust and deliver the best care possible.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has the confidence and resilience to handle customer complaints and problem-solve effectively
✔️ Is genuinely empathetic and understands patients’ needs
✔️ Has excellent phone and customer service skills
✔️ Loves working with people and sharing their enthusiasm for dental care
✔️ Is comfortable (or eager to learn!) with digital technology and cloud-based systems
