We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Accounts Payable Officer who knows their way around Xero and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. If you’re someone who loves the details, keeps things ticking behind the scenes, and brings a can-do attitude every day — we want to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

Accounts Payable support

Assist with bank reconciliations and allocation of payments

Processing and following up invoices, credit notes, and statements

Supporting the wider finance team with reporting and month-end duties

Maintaining supplier and customer accounts with precision

Collaborating with team members across departments to keep operations smooth

What you’ll bring:

Experience with Xero preferred (you’re confident, not just curious)

Solid understanding of AP processes

A sharp eye for detail and high level of accuracy

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Previous experience in a similar role (ideally within a dynamic, growing business)
