Customer Service Representative – Terri Scheer Insurance

• Location: 1 King William Street, Adelaide (Hybrid: Option to have 4 days Work From Home, 1 day in office after probation)
• Start Date: Wednesday, 16 July 2025
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday
• Salary: $60,000 + 12% Super + performance incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Sales & Service team, you’ll:

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
• Underwrite, update, and cancel policies as required
• Deliver an exceptional experience across every customer interaction
• Work towards achievable service, sales, and retention targets
• Thrive in a team that values initiative, empathy, and results
