Qualified Mechanic – Small Engine Specialist Preferred

About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified mechanic to join our friendly and fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of outdoor power equipment including:
Push and ride-on mowers
Chainsaws
Brushcutters
Blowers, hedge trimmers, and more
This role isn’t just workshop-based — we’re a high-volume sales store, so you’ll also need to be comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with sales when required.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified mechanic – small engine experience highly preferred
✅ Completed apprenticeship OR proven industry experience (unfortunately, we cannot take on apprentices at this time)
✅ Diesel, auto-electrical, or specialty skills a bonus, but not essential
✅ Well-presented, confident communicator, and comfortable dealing with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
✅ Currently residing in Sydney – in-person interviews and trial days are required. (Overseas applications will not be considered.)

Salary & Trial Period
Salary range: $80,000 – $87,500, based on industry experience
All new hires will begin on an entry-level salary during a 4-week paid trial period
Final salary will be confirmed at the end of the trial, based on demonstrated performance, skills, and knowledge
