Disability Support Worker
Location: Gold Coast, QLD

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate support workers or AIN's having experience in mental health and challenging behaviours to support our 24/7 clients and clients in the community. Experience supporting people with complex care, panic disorder, development trauma and PTSD, ADHD, epilepsy
Meal preparation and food handling
MUST be available for morning, evening, active awake & sleepover shifts.
Opportunity to grow within the company
Driver’s License & Car is a mandatory requirement
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A Certificate IV or higher qualification in Disability or relevant to the industry
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Screening Check
A valid driver’s license
Experience supporting people with mental health
Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
