About the Role
We’re seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery, including estimating, site supervision, quality assurance, and contractor liaison. You’ll work directly with experienced project managers and be mentored to grow into a future leader in the business.

What You’ll Do

Assist in site-based project delivery and planning

Support contract administration, project documentation and reporting

Monitor progress, safety, and environmental compliance

Estimating and tender administration

Project and cost control

Quality control

Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers

Contribute to a collaborative and positive company culture

About You

Recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering

Based on Sunshine Coast

Passion for hands-on project delivery

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to safety and quality

Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to project sites
