Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven individual ready to take the next step in your finance career? The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a motivated Finance Team Leader to join our Financial Operations Team and play a key role in the financial management of SA Health.
As a Finance Team Leader, you will be accountable to the Finance Operations Manager for providing a wide range of services, including reporting, management accounting, costing, patient revenue, sundry debtors, modelling, analysis, and budgeting. Your expertise will contribute directly to the effective financial management of SA Health, ensuring financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will also contribute to reviews, undertake special projects or consultancy work in your areas of responsibility, and provide timely and accurate information, analysis, and reports. Additionally, you will play a critical role in enhancing reporting systems and processes. You will supervise and manage Revenue Officers within the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in undertaking accounting functions including management reporting and budgeting.
- Experience in the collection, analysis and presentation of data, including the provision of advice and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Experience in the use of spreadsheet and database applications.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and providing quality customer service
