The opportunity

Pure Line Painting is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Painter & Decorator to join our team in Yeppoon, QLD. This is a full-time role that will provide you with hands-on training and support to develop the skills needed to become a qualified painter and decorator.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting experienced painters and decorators with a variety of tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Attending off-the-job training to complete your apprenticeship qualifications
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop your skills

• A genuine interest in the painting and decorating trade
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
