Job Description: Industrial Painter

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray painting parts and components to a professional finish

• Hand-painting larger assets (e.g., 20ft containers, pipework, and skids) that cannot be fitted into the paint bay

• Sanding, prepping, masking, and priming surfaces

• Mixing paints to correct ratios and ensuring paint quality

• Maintaining a clean and safe paint booth

• Assisting with touch-ups and cosmetic refurbishments of aging assets

• Working closely with workshop team to meet project timelines

Job Description: Warehouse All-Rounder & Support Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• General workshop cleanliness and organisation

• Collecting parts and supplies from local vendors using company Ute

• Operating a forklift to move heavy items safely and efficiently

• Stocking and managing inventory and consumables

• Helping with basic workshop tasks and general labour when needed

Requirements:

• Current driver’s licence

• Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)

• Must have experience in industrial spray painting or similar trade

• Strong attention to detail and steady hand for hand-painting

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, take initiative

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and comfortable in an industrial environment
