eCommerce Operations Assistant — Front Office (Fitzroy)

Part-time | 3–4 days/week | Weekdays only

We’re looking for someone thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly organised to join the studio in a customer support and warehouse admin role.

This isn’t a fulfillment role — you won’t be packing boxes all day. But you will be the connective tissue between the customer, the studio, and the warehouse. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly by answering customer emails, managing spreadsheets that track stock and shipping, and maintaining calm when things inevitably go sideways.

What you’ll be doing:

Customer Service

Responding to customer enquiries via email

Helping customers with sizing, order issues, and general questions

Keeping tone clear, helpful, and on-brand (we’ll guide you on this)

Operations & Admin

Managing incoming and outgoing warehouse spreadsheets

Working with our 3PL partners to keep inventory records accurate

Flagging any stock or shipping issues

Light product admin (uploads, copy tweaks) if needed

Who this role is for

Someone who’s reliable and calm under pressure

Very organised, with good spreadsheet skills

Can spot errors and correct them before they become problems

Has strong written communication

Doesn’t need hand-holding but knows when to ask for clarity

Fashion experience is not required — but an interest in how small fashion businesses run, and experience with Shopify is a bonus.

This is a part-time position based in our Fitzroy studio. Flexible hours available. Potential to grow with the business.
