Role:
As the Senior Solution Leader, you will lead solution architecture and oversee end-to-end technical delivery across high-impact CRM programs across Salesforce ( Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud) along with ad hoc support to 14 other vendor managed applications including Docusign. You will have 3 direct reports (developer, testers) to support with the deliver scalable Salesforce implementations. You will act as a bridge between business objectives and platform capability, ensuring consistent delivery outcomes and system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across major Salesforce CRM Project (Marketing cloud)
- Lead solution design and business analysis activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and manage offshore developers and testers to meet delivery expectations.
- Ensure end-to-end incident and problem management aligned to SLAs.
- Oversee delivery metrics, project tracking, and reporting accuracy.
- Represent delivery in senior stakeholder meetings, project governance, and sprint reviews.
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Salesforce product roadmap.
You will have:
- 5+ years in Solution Designing and Architecture with a strong record of Salesforce delivery
- 3 + years leading smalls teams of up to 5 people
- Hands on salesforce technical experience across Sales, Service, Experience cloud
- Experience managing, supporting and uplifting IT platforms including system update, incident management, solution design and delivery
- Experience working with/ leading offshore teams
- Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and DevOps principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and business alignment
Highly advantageous :
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud and Docusign
- Prior experience in wholesale, FMCG, or enterprise retail environments
- Salesforce Application Architect certified
