Pharmacist Manager - Nightcliff Pharmacy

Nightcliff Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated community pharmacy in the highly desirable suburb of Nightcliff, conveniently close to the city, shopping centres, beaches, and the Nightcliff foreshore area. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in this full-time position, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing retail pharmacy.

About the Role

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism. You will manage dispensary workflow, stock control, and the delivery of our expanding range of professional services while leading and developing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing and verifying prescriptions with accuracy and safety.

Managing and supervising pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and non-pharmacist team members.

Overseeing dose administration aids and medication inventory management.

Providing professional pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.

Driving business growth through professional services and community engagement.

Working with management and brand representatives to enhance business performance.

Maintaining a high standard of customer service and professional ethics.

Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration (Pharmacy Board of Australia).

Proven experience in a leadership role within a community pharmacy setting.

Strong knowledge of professional services, medication supply, and PBS regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality care.

Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital tools.

What We Offer

Competitive salary package: $160,000 - $165,000 per annum.

Relocation assistance: Up to $3,500*
