The Opportunity

We are looking for a intermediate accountant to join our team full-time. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a modern firm and build a meaningful, well-supported career in public practice

You’ll gain hands-on experience across tax, compliance, and advisory work while being supported through your CA/CPA journey. If you're passionate about using modern systems to deliver better outcomes for clients and want to grow within a supportive, high-performing team, this is the ideal place to start.

What You’ll Do

Preparing tax returns, BASs, financial statements, and payroll

Assisting clients with day-to-day accounting queries and obligations

Contributing to business advisory work including cashflow, forecasting, and structuring

Supporting process improvement and technology implementation projects

Managing a portfolio of clients with growing autonomy

Mentoring junior staff and sharing technical knowledge

Working closely with senior team members on strategy and planning

What You’ll Bring

2–3 years’ experience in public practice

Competent across core tax and accounting areas

Actively completing or near completion of CA/CPA

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, tech-curious, and keen to learn fast
