The Role
- Support an experienced and friendly Senior Property Manager
- Host open homes
- Conduct routine inspections
- Prepare new lease agreements
- Lease renewals
- Assist with organising maintenance and repairs
- Properties all within close proximity to the office
- Cloud-based software used
The Requirements
- At least 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Must have current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
- Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
