Your Role: You’ll manage a tailored portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, with a big focus on relationships and service - not burnout. You’ll have admin support and a collaborative team by your side.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a clean, low-maintenance mixed-use portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor quotes
• Communicating with owners, committees, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with the BCCM Act
• Building trusted relationships with your clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Body Corporate portfolios
• Solid understanding of the BCCM Act
• Exceptional communication + client service skills
• A proactive, positive, and professional approach
• Current driver’s licence
