Q Barbeque is seeking a full-time salaried chef to join our dynamic team.

WORKING HOURS

• Full-time position, 38 hours per week.

Salary:

$75, 000 - $77, 000 +superannuation

•Designing and organizing menus tailored to guest preferences and seasonal availability

Preparing and plating dishes to maintain high standards of flavor, consistency, and visual appeal

Leading kitchen operations by managing staff schedules, overseeing workflows, and training team members on recipes and safety procedures

Tracking inventory, placing supply orders, and implementing strategies to optimize food cost efficiency

Upholding strict hygiene practices and ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations

Creating diverse menu options

Partnering with trusted suppliers to procure locally sourced ingredients.

Inspecting kitchen equipment regularly and coordinating timely maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Training Kitchen Staff

Other requirements:

-Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
