The Lead Inspector is responsible for leading and managing an efficient, flexible and responsive audit and investigations team. The role involves both leading a team and managing a caseload. In the role, you will work with Managers and a Director, assist with the administrative and operational requirements of the team, provide supervision, mentoring and coaching to Principal Inspectors, and conduct and supervise complex matters. This role is also responsible for ensuring that audits and investigations meet requisite standards of quality, timeliness and efficiency and that conduct is of the highest integrity.
There are 3 Lead Inspectors reporting to the Managers of the unit.
