Brimbank is continuously growing, with many transformational infrastructure projects about to break ground. A key focus of the coming years will be working with the State and Federal Governments to establish Melbourne Airport Rail; to complete redevelopment of Sunshine and Albion Stations; and the realisation of the Sunshine Precinct Masterplan which will Sunshine transformed into a CBD, vastly increasing local jobs, housing, businesses, services and tourism to provide for the many tens of thousands of people living, working and travelling through the Brimbank.

Brimbank City Council's Parks Services team is seeking two energetic and committed team membersto help deliver high-quality rapid response maintenance services to the Brimbank community.
We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, and are focused on achieving prompt and practical outcomes across the city. These roles involve carrying out maintenance and litter collection tasks in parks and open spaces, with a strong focus on both programmed works and timely responses to customer service requests.
The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of amenity and cleanliness in public spaces, ensuring that community expectations and performance standards are consistently met.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in outdoor labouring or open space maintenance roles
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently to deliver rapid turnaround services
- A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Flexibility, with availability to work on weekends, if required
