Fizz Kidz is a leading children’s entertainment company, known for our fun, high-energy parties, school holiday programs, and creative workshops across Melbourne. We believe in creating magical moments for kids – and we’re looking for enthusiastic, vibrant team members to help bring the fizz!

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for confident and bubbly casual facilitators to join our School Holiday Program team! This is the perfect short-term, flexible role for those who love working with children, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring energy and creativity to everything they do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading craft, science, and team-based holiday activities

Welcoming children and families with confidence and warmth

Creating a positive and high-energy group environment

Helping with set-up, pack-down, and general studio presentation

Working closely with a supportive team to ensure every child has a fantastic day!

We’re Looking for People Who Are:

Confident, enthusiastic and love engaging with children

Natural leaders who can manage a room full of excited kids

Team players who bring fun, flexibility, and a can-do attitude

Strong communicators who are comfortable with parents and kids alike

Experienced in performance, education, childcare, entertainment, or similar (highly regarded!)

Requirements:

Must be available during the VIC school holidays (Mon–Fri shifts available)

Ability to work across multiple days and locations is a bonus

WWCC (or willingness to obtain one)

Must be 17+

After-school and weekend shifts may also be available for those keen to continue with us!
