We’re looking for dynamic, passionate people to join the All-Star Kids team these April school holidays (Monday 7th – Thursday 18th April 2025) across our two holiday program sites in Highton and Torquay as well as our Early Learning Centre in Geelong CBD.

Holiday Program – Activity Leads

This is not your average holiday program. Think US-style summer camp vibes — filled with singing, themed days, games, and non-stop fun!

We're on the hunt for Activity Leads to help bring the magic to life.

You’ll be a perfect fit if you:

Love sports, drama, dance, painting, movie-making or creative play

Have experience working with kids in schools, camps or coaching

Bring positive energy and aren’t afraid to get a little silly!

Hold a valid employee Working With Children Check

Hold (or are working towards) an ACECQA approved qualification

Are available all weekdays during the holiday period

Early Learning Centre – Casual Educators

Our newly opened ELC in Highton is full of warmth, joy and creativity — and we’re growing our casual educator team!
We're looking for nurturing, engaging educators who are passionate about early years development and love being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Hold (or are working towards) an ACECQA approved qualification

Have a valid employee Working With Children Check

Value connection, creativity, and play-based learning

Can jump in to support our nursery, toddlers or kindergarten rooms as needed

Whether you're leading a dance party in the gym, exploring nature in the yard, or supporting little ones through their first friendships, every day at All-Star Kids is about fun, connection and community.
