School's OUT! is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic OSHC School Holiday Educator to join our dynamic team in the Macedon Ranges. As an OSHC School Holiday Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enriching holiday programs for primary school-aged children. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the growth and development of our community.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitating a range of age-appropriate activities and experiences for children during school holiday periods
• Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Fostering a nurturing, inclusive and fun environment where children can learn, explore and play
• Collaborating with the OSHC team to develop and implement engaging and educational holiday programs
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in education, childcare or a related field
• Experience working with primary school-aged children in an OSHC or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development
• A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
