This role seeks an experienced commercial lawyer to join a team of knowledgeable and high quality dedicated Specialists.

THE ROLE

Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Lawyer with minimum of 4-5 years pae to join the Commercial Team. The role involves autonomously managing your own files in commercial and business law, including advising on acquisitions and sales of businesses, pre-purchase advice and due diligence, employment law, and business succession planning.

There is plenty of work on offer as well as a very strong pipeline, so you do not need to bring your own client base (although those with a transferable client base will be considered favourably). You will not be micro managed, or clock watched but will have the freedom to run files autonomously and enjoy the reasonable expectations the firm has set and the ensuing work life balance. You will have a strong team of experienced commercial lawyers and Specialists to bounce ideas off, and be supported by, who have been with the firm for many years and have an excellent reputation in the legal market.
