Job Opportunity: Civil Labourer / Bitumen Worker

Pay Rate: $42 - $45 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Labourer to join a high-performing bitumen crew based in Davoren Park. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a solid civil labouring background and experience working with roadworks or bitumen.

Requirements:

Minimum MR Truck Licence (HR Licence highly regarded)

Full Driver's Licence

White Card

Traffic Zone Management Ticket (or equivalent)

National Police Clearance (current or willing to obtain)

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

Proven experience in civil construction or roadworks

Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable and safety-focused attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating MR/HR vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from site

Assisting with the preparation and laying of bitumen

General labouring duties including shovelling, raking, sweeping, and compacting materials

Setting up and maintaining traffic control and exclusion zones

Performing basic plant and equipment checks and maintenance

Working closely with crew leaders to meet daily job targets

Ensuring all safety procedures are followed on-site
