In this role, you will:

Support our play-based, inquiry-led programs across the 3- to 5-year-old groups

Help create a warm, inclusive and engaging environment where every child feels safe and seen

Collaborate with a passionate team of educators who value reflection, creativity and connection

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

Capture and document meaningful learning moments in thoughtful, child-centred ways

Contribute to a kinder that champions sustainability, celebrates diversity and puts community at its heart

Part-time position:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

We're hoping to find someone who:

Holds a Diploma or Certificate III

Has at least two years’ experience working with young children

Brings positive energy and a genuine love of early learning

Communicates with clarity, warmth and respect

Is comfortable with inquiry-based practices and progressive pedagogy

Is reflective and open to ongoing learning and growth
